Our Returns Promise

We offer easy returns within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or pierced jewelry. All other items from our collection (hoodies, mens jeans, polo shirts, shorts, sweatshirts, t-shirts & vests) are eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  1. Request a Return: Email our Leeds-based customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return (use our template below).
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our Leeds address (provided in your return approval email).
  5. Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take 3-5 additional business days to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only

Exchanges

Want a different size or color of those perfect jeans or cozy hoodies? Follow the same return process above and specify that you’d like an exchange in your email. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return (standard shipping rates apply).
